The GPAD-TR1010 series onboard charger is a high-power-density, high-efficiency charging unit specifically developed for new energy vehicles such as lithium-ion battery-powered pure electric vehicles and logistics vehicles. It was designed and developed using a modular, standardized, and universal approach. The module features 90-265VAC AC input with fully adjustable DC output voltage.

The module employs fully digital control technology, delivering flexible and intelligent control, robust protection characteristics, and high system robustness. It incorporates a microprocessor for communication with the monitoring unit, allowing internal parameters to be set or adjusted via the CAN interface by the higher-level monitoring unit.

Multiple protection functions are included: input overvoltage/undervoltage protection, output overcurrent protection, output overvoltage protection, output short-circuit protection, and overtemperature protection.
